Last Spring, Mike Fine, the CEO of FCMAT, spoke at a West Contra Costa Unified School District board meeting, saying that the district needed to “manage its expenses”, even though state funding was increasing. WCCUSD obeyed the unspoken orders and attacked its educators! (see page 1)

FCMAT is the harbinger of doom. They say “Cut!” and classrooms and educators are cut, not contractors or administrators.  If FCMAT gets involved in your district— prepare for a fight!
