How will the district level Community Schools Support Collaborative be chosen?

What will be the composition of the Systems Change Collaborative?

How will each Community School choose an Action Collaborative, Community School Director, Extended Learning Coordinator, and Extended Learning Director?

How will the  above positions be funded and staffed?  

This UTR Community Schools contract will require years and money.  Much of the 30 million dollars will be spent on costly administrative positions and not on k-12 class size of 20-25 that would  provide  good learning conditions for students and working conditions for teachers.

Teachers, we need solidarity and activism, not union supported inspirational visions.
